Seizing the "golden 72 hours" after the earthquake, XCMG immediately activated its international emergency response mechanism. While directing local employees to evacuate in an orderly manner, it coordinated resources from its Myanmar office, Thai subsidiary, and local dealers. The Myanmar office, in collaboration with local customers, urgently mobilized excavators, cranes, and other equipment to assist in the rescue of residential buildings in Yangon and Mandalay. The Thai company quickly established contact with the local rescue command center and rushed to the collapsed high-rise buildings in the earthquake-stricken area with aerial work platforms and other specialized equipment overnight. A total of dozens of technical experts and over 150 local employees were deployed in both locations. With the speed of "equipment arriving first and personnel following up," they seized the initiative in the golden rescue period.
