Grooved Tipped Chisel

Grooved Tipped Chisel (For diameters above 100mm)  

 

This chisel is suitable for mining operations, especially for ores with high viscosity.  

The grooves facilitate the discharge of gas and dust from the chisel head, preventing gas buildup at the front end that could hinder ore penetration, making the chisel more effective at breaking ore.  

As gas and dust are discharged, accumulated heat at the tip is dissipated in time, cooling the tip and reducing the risk of edge curling.
